Injury:
Swelling of the transvers carpal ligament of the wrist and the tendons, carpal tunnel syndrome.
Symptoms:
Pain, numbness, tingling, loss of grip.
Cause:
Overuse of the hands e.g. writing at the computer, manual workers.
Treatment:
