In one sentence how do they work?
Lastrap solutions are unique because of their Thermovibe pad inserts. It is this that absorbs the damaging vibrations caused by repetitive strain injuries and playing sports. Lastrap have exclusive world wide patents on Thermovibe pads, so only Lastrap supports contain them.

Can I wash them?
Both the Lastrap support and the Thermovibe insert can be hand washed when required, using a small amount of mild washing powder. Rinse well with cold water then lay flat to dry, take out the insert, wash and dry seperately again laying flat to dry. The Thermovibe pad does not need to be washed as often as the outer sleve.

When do I wear them?
Our Lastrap supports can be worn as much or as little as is required. Lastrap supports can be worn continually night and day. Most people wear them when recovering or when playing, this is due to the unique properties of the Thermovibe pad that prevents overheating.

Can I wear them in bed?
Yes, in fact it is recommended.

Do they come in any other colours?
At the moment our Lastrap supports only come in the colours shown.

Will my muscles become dependant on the brace / support ?
No. Clinical studies had patients wear the products up to 4 months, as often as possible, and muscle strength actually improved.
