
Welcome to the Lastrap About Us page. In this page I would like to write about two things, the first is our dedication to our customers, the second is our products.
Our dedication to our customers
Here at Lastrap we firmly believe that our most important asset is our extensive customer base. A lot of our sales come from both repeat orders and from word out mouth. This means that our existing customers are just as important to us as new customers. As such, it makes perfect business sense to look after our existing customers to the very highest level possible.
When we started selling Lastrap supports many years ago we had a small amount of customers come back to us with coments like “Great support but the strap is too narrow” or "Works wonders but rubs on ankle". We spoke to the customers and got as many details as possible. We then looked at the support and made some changes to the design of the strap. We then sent the new design to the customer and asked them to trial it for us. Once we were satisfied that the new design was better than the old design we made the change permanent. Using this method on all our supports means that our joint supports have evolved over the years into far better products. Many companies only want to hear from customers that have good things to say, we ask our customers to get back to us with their honest opinion, most of the time we get very good feedback, but sometimes we receive a complaint or suggestion. We then liase with that customer and try to find out why. This helps us to keep our supports as the highest performing supports on the market. Our success comes from not only our customer service but also from our renowned supports.
